plans to choose from. With the introduction of MedicareBlue Solutions,
the choice of coverage is now wider, including MedicareBlue Rx,
its new Medicare Part D prescription drug plan.

program on behalf of the State of Nebraska. Its BlueCard Program
processes health care claims you and your family members incur while
living or traveling outside Nebraska. Under the BlueCard Program,

hospitals and doctors in their area.

the state, which includes 100% of non-governmental acute care hospitals
and 93% of physicians. The Rx Nebraska participating pharmacy network
