Blue Preferred PPO: With this plan, PPO members are free to choose
their own physicians, paying more for out-of-network doctors. In
addition to standard medical coverage such as hospitalization, well-visits
and prescription coverage, this plan also offers customers vision
benefits and accidental dental coverage.
HSA-compatible: It is a consumer-driven solution that partners a
High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) with a Health Savings Account,
to offer optimum customer control. This solution offers the same
coverage options as the Blue Preferred PPO plan. The contribution
limit for this plan is $2,650 for individuals and $5,250 for families.
Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nevada offers an array of new,
affordable and flexible for businesses employing over 51 people.
The company has recently launched four new products -- BlueSecure
PPO, BlueAdvantage POS, Blue View Vision, and Blue Dental Voluntary
-- and two new programs, Anthem Rewards and Flexible Spending Account
