The plan includes $2,000,000 Lifetime Maximum Per Covered person; freedom to select any doctor or hospital; choice among four deductibles of $250, $500, $1,000, and $2,500; choice to pay monthly or single payment; choice to accept payment by: check, money order, MasterCard, Visa, Discover or automatic monthly bank draft; Child only coverage.

Secure 12x3 STM - (Standard Security Life Insurance Company of New York): This is a Short Term Medical coverage from up to 12 months of coverage. One can apply for three consecutive 12 month coverage periods, up to a maximum of 36 months in all. Eligibility up to age 65. Secure 12x3 STM includes freedom to select any doctor or hospital; choice among deductibles of $500, $1,000, $2,500, and $5,000; choice to pay monthly, cancel at anytime; choice to accept payment by: check, money order, MasterCard, Visa, Discover or automatic monthly bank draft; child only coverage.
