Business Options PPO/POS is perfectly suited for organizations with 2 to 50 employees. Groups can choose either the PPO or POS plan, giving themselves necessary financial freedom in both cases. Blue Preferred HMO, on the other hand, is meant for groups of more than 51 employees. Under this plan preventive care is extensively covered and so are services related to mental health and substance abuse.
