The BEST Life and Health Insurance company is a specialist in employer sponsored group insurance and employee benefits scheme. The company offers group health plans, employer stop loss insurance and benefits plan administration. It was originally founded as Westgate Life Insurance Company.

Dental plans- PPO and indemnity dental plans are available for even small groups of 2 enrolling employees. Plans are offered for both employer sponsored and voluntary options. All dental plans have a supplemental dental accident cover at no extra cost.

Best Life PPO Dental- These plans have higher in network benefits. Members may choose any provider he wants. Employers have a wide choice between basic level plans and plans with wider covers. These plans are available in Arizona, California, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Missouri, Montana Nevada, Nebraska, Ohio, Texas and Utah.

Indemnity plus dental- it is a passive PPO type of plan. Both in network and out of network benefits are available. In network benefits are more widely covered. These plans are available in Arizona, Alaska, Alabama, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, North Carolina, North Dakota, Nebraska, New Mexico, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington and Wyoming.

Medical plans- these plans are basically for small businesses with employees arranging from 2 to 50. There are 2 types of plans- (1) Health Solutions II and (2) Health Solutions High Deductibles Health Plan.

Health solutions II is for people who prefer traditional PPO type plans. It has a broad range of deductibles and co pay. Different ranges of co insurance and out-of-pocket maximums are also available. You also get preventive care benefits with buy-up options. Prescription coverage is available with 3 different types of co-pay and deductible options. Discount options are also available.

The health solutions High Deductible Health Plan may be purchased alone or together with a Health Savings Account. The latter can give you benefits on tax savings. HDHP members can also avail ease of payments and administration of accounts online. These plans are available in Arizona, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Montana, Georgia, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas and Utah.

Vision plans; indemnity vision plans are available offering discounts ad choice of eye care professionals. It does not require network ties. Both employer-sponsored and voluntary plans are available. No waiting periods are required. Any licensed ophthalmologist optometrist can provide care.

Life products; group term life products are available for both employer sponsored and voluntary plans. All plans come with dependant spouse covers and an opportunity to add AD&D covers.

Essential group life is a plan for groups with 10 or more enrollments. It offers optional AD&D, dependent and supplemental life covers. Coverage may be increased as required and children may be included in covers. Preferred industries may avail 2 year guarantees and discounts.

Passport portable and voluntary life is a plan that requires a minimum of 10 participations. There is a minimum guarantee issue of $30000 for employees under 60 years of age. Plans are available in Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, California, Chicago, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and Wyoming.

Best Flex Plans are available for groups with 2 or more employees who are enrolling. This may be coupled with a best life medical or dental plan. This is available both for groups and for individuals. No industries are ineligible and it includes AD&D covers.

Best Re Plans are available for providing medical stop loss insurance for employer groups. Administrations, claims and underwriting responsibilities are undertaken. The plans offer direct access to underwriters and people dealing with claims. A wide range of stop loss products are offered.
